Returns

• If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

• We facilitate exchanges for sizing issues to ensure you get the perfect fit.

• Please reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

• Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging to be processed for an exchange.

How to Initiate a Request

• To start a return or exchange, please email our support team at surcasstore25@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item if there is a defect.

• Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
