4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Customers expect to know where their fashion is!

Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a lost package claim. Once a claim is filed, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include shipping a replacement order.
