At Surcas, every item is crafted and custom-produced specifically for your order. Please review our production timelines and delivery terms below.

1. Production & Processing Time

Because our apparel is custom-made to order, items go through a brief production phase before shipping:

* Standard Apparel: 2 to 3 business days processing time.
* All-Over Print (AOP) Products: 4 to 5 business days production time.
* Peak Seasons & Drops: Processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand collection drops or sales events.

* Note: Production time is separate from courier transit time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

* Domestic Shipping (India)*
* Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over ₹1,000. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders under ₹1,000 (3–7 business days).
* Express Delivery: Flat ₹199 fee (1–3 business days).
* Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat ₹50 fee per order.

* International Shipping*
* Standard International: FREE on orders over $150 USD. Flat rate of $15.00 for orders under $150 USD (10–20 business days).
* Express International: Flat rate of $30.00 USD (4–8 business days).
* Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU): International shipments are delivered on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any local import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance charges levied by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is packaged and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link. Tracking details typically update within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

We take quality control seriously. If your package arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

1. Contact our support team at surcasstore25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, photos showing the defect, and a clear unboxing video showing the package label and the damaged item.
3. Once verified, our team will process a free replacement order for you immediately.

*Note on Lost Packages: If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your item, please check with household members, building security, or local postal carriers before contacting support.*
